Information security threat and event management: Events that occur on Affinity Labs servers and firewalls are transferred to the "Information Security Threat and Event Management" system. This system alerts the responsible staff when a security threat occurs and allows them to respond immediately to the threat.
Encryption: Sensitive data is stored with cryptographic methods and if required, transferred through environments encrypted with cryptographic methods and cryptographic keys are stored in secure and various environments.
Logging: All transaction records regarding sensitive data are securely logged.
Two-factor authentication: Remote access to sensitive data is allowed through at least two-factor authentication.
Training: In order to increase the awareness of Affinity Labs employees against various information security violations and to minimise the impact of the human factor in information violation incidents, trainings are provided to employees at regular intervals.
Physical data security: It ensures that personal data on papers is necessarily stored in lockers and accessed only by authorised persons. Adequate security measures (for situations such as electric leakage, fire, deluge, thievery etc.) are taken based on the nature of the environment where sensitive data is stored.

Special Considerations for AI Services
Interior Design Clinic uses artificial intelligence technology (Gemini AI) to generate interior design suggestions, visualisations, and recommendations based on photographs and information you provide.
Nature of AI-Generated Content
The design recommendations, images, and suggestions generated by our AI are created using artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms. These outputs should be understood as creative suggestions and inspiration, not as professional interior design advice, architectural guidance, or expert recommendations.
Use of Your Data to Improve AI Models
We may use the photographs you upload, the designs you create or interact with, and your feedback on AI-generated suggestions to improve our artificial intelligence models and enhance the quality of design recommendations we provide to all users. This helps us continuously improve the accuracy, relevance, and aesthetic quality of our AI-generated content.
When we use your data for AI model improvement:
- Images and interaction data may be analysed in aggregated and anonymised form
- We implement appropriate safeguards to protect your privacy
- You retain ownership of the photographs you upload
- We do not share your personal photographs with other users without your explicit consent
Legal Basis and Opt-Out
We process your photographs and interaction data to improve our AI models based on our legitimate interest in enhancing the quality and accuracy of interior design suggestions for all users. Before using your data for this purpose, we remove identifying information and ensure images cannot be traced back to you individually. Your personal photographs are never shared with other users or made publicly available without your explicit consent.
If you prefer that your uploaded photographs and design interactions not be used to improve our AI models, you may opt out at any time by contacting us at contact@affinitylabs.ai with the subject line "AI Training Opt-Out." We will honor your request within 30 days, though this will not affect our ability to provide you with our core interior design services.
Accuracy Limitations
While we strive to provide high-quality, aesthetically pleasing, and practical design suggestions, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, feasibility, safety, or suitability of any AI-generated content for your specific needs, circumstances, or property characteristics.
AI-generated designs are meant to inspire and assist in your design process, not replace professional services. The AI may occasionally generate suggestions that are not physically feasible, may not comply with building codes or regulations, may not be appropriate for your specific space or budget, or may contain other inaccuracies.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may change our Service and policies, and we may need to make changes to this Privacy Policy so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, through our Service) before we make changes to this Privacy Policy and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Privacy Policy, you can delete your account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our practices evolve or as legal requirements change. When we make material changes, we will post the revised version within the Interior Design Clinic application or notify you through the app. If the changes are significant, we will provide notice at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of Interior Design Clinic after that date will indicate your acceptance of the revised policy.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Privacy Policy at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
